Dean Walters
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Dean Walters, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, is responsible for overseeing the fiduciary activities of the firm as well as compliance and regulatory matters. He also serves as the relationship manager on several large family relationships and private foundations. Prior to joining the firm he was employed as a Vice President and Senior Trust & Fiduciary Specialist with Wells Fargo Private Bank. He has experience as a practicing attorney in the trusts and estates area where he settled estates and drafted estate plans for high net worth individuals.

Mr. Walters earned his bachelor's degree from Villanova University, his MBA from Saint Joseph's University and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, and serves on the Board and is Past President of the Chester County Estate Planning Council.
